What will You Learn?
In French 8-9 you will mostly be learning the greetings, introductions, grammars, articles, everyday vocabulary and verb tenses.For grade 8, French is mandatory means you must take it except if you are in ELL class or other special needs class.But normally, you will be in French class. For grade 9, it's not mandatory so you get the choice to choose the language. If you choose French for grade 9 this website is for you.
In grade 8:
- communicate with others confidently
- learn to understand the strategy of writing
- new grammar structures
- using different verb tenses in different situation
In grade 9:
- use the language in real life tasks and conversations.
- different ways of writing and the way to ask questions.
- using present, past and future tense.
- explore the French speaking in different places.
