Introduction To Chemistry

Chemistry is basically the study of "everything" because it's all about matter and how it changes. You will be learning that everything around us, from the water we drink to the phone in our hands is made up of tiny atoms that join together in different ways. It’s pretty cool because we get to use the Periodic Table to figure out why some elements are super reactive, like explosions, while others just sit there. So far, you will practice how to name compounds and balance equations to show how chemicals turn into new substances.
