Introduction to Social Studies

Social studies is a course that can help you learn about history , government, culture and geography.
For history: you will be discovering different wars or things that happened in the past that make how it is now. For example, the name Canada is came from a famous traveler that named it after there is a village called Kanata.
For government: you will be learn about how the government manage the city, society and more.You will be learning about different laws or things that the government have decided to do.
For culture: you will be learning different cultures about Canada and other countries. How are they different from Canada, how culture have changed between generations and human rights.
